Quality Control Policy Statement
A Letter From Our President
Dear Reader:
The Quality Assurance Program maintained by McHenry Analytical
Laboratory has the absolute and unqualified support of Laboratory Management.
McHenry Analytical Laboratory is firmly committed to professional personalized
service and a program of constant quality improvement designed to provide
our clients with the highest quality and most accurate data, at the
lowest possible cost.
Quality leadership is our number one priority and every
member of our staff shares in the responsibility of achieving our quality
goals. Meeting this commitment will result in the continued satisfaction
of our clients by offering analytical services that not only meet, but
also surpass their expectations.
McHenry Analytical Water Laboratory personnel who generate
water quality data have a serious responsibility to those who will use
it. Such data often becomes the basis for various action programs in
water pollution control. Among these is the operation of public and
private water treatment works costing millions of dollars and the early
detection of trends in water quality degradation. The significance of
water quality data precludes any thought of careless laboratory operation.
It is for these reasons that the personnel of McHenry Analytical shall
maintain the highest level of professional integrity ethics and shall
not knowingly compromise the level of quality assurance under any circumstance.
The goal of McHenry Analytical is to maintain all necessary
statistical and analytical process control to report “Final Result”
as accurately and as confidentially as our analytical procedures and
equipment technology will allow. Procedures and equipment shall be routinely
evaluated and changes made, when necessary.
